Greetings and Welcome to all of our New Customers.
We are well on our way to Spring ….. I have a single jonquil in flower which is a great sign that warmer days are not too far away. Now is the time to assess your campers, caravans, boats and motor homes for maintenance. Our Refurb and Repair Centre is flourishing. We have refurbished, repaired, rewired, re-plumbed and re-upholstered our way through multitudes of vehicles in the last 9 months. This continues to be a great boost for our business and a very satisfying way of solving problems also providing advice and guidance to our customers.
Southern Field Days We had an interesting start to the year. In February we took a refurbished caravan and our latest 10.5 metre motor home down to Gore to the Southern Field Days. We had hundreds of people visit our site each of the 3 days showing a huge interest in the motor home which is currently for sale. Inquiries welcome. NZ World Ploughing Competitions April found us at the NZ World Ploughing Competitions on a farm just out of Methven. Once again our site was of huge interest to the thousands of local and international visitors. Our latest Zonda 10.5 metre conversion continued to thrill and amaze also a refurbished 1972 caravan. We had on display our latest design – a Lifestyle Composite Fibreglass Motor Home . As a fibreglass shell on a MAN chassis this gave customers a behind the covers experience. Three New Conversions With three new conversions underway this is an exciting turn around from last year when the recession was affecting most businesses from moving forward. The first conversion is a 7 metre Hino Leisse, followed by a 10.5 metre Mitsubishi. The third is an Isuzu 10 metre with a slide-out from which we have removed the side panels and will replace these with composite fibreglass sides. This will make a superb motor home which will be light and have non rust benefits. Lifestyle Fibreglass Composite Motorhomes Our first – Composite Fibreglass Motor Home 11.3 metres is built on a brand new A67 MAN coach chassis with a 7 metre slide-out – the longest slide out built in NZ. We have a suggested floor and interior décor plan which we will proceed with but we would prefer to complete this motor home to a customer’s individual specification.
